Cake flavors
Vanilla bean
Madagascar vanilla, tender crumb, the workhorse.
Brown butter
Toasted, nutty, a little caramel-edged.
Dark chocolate
Cocoa-forward, moist, not too sweet.
Lemon
Real zest folded through; bright but not sharp.
Almond
Subtle marzipan note, beautiful with stone fruit.
Fillings
Raspberry preserves
Slow-cooked, lightly sweetened, real seeds.
Salted caramel
Deep amber, flaked sea salt.
Lemon curd
Tart, silky, made the morning of.
Vanilla cream
Whipped pastry cream, gentle vanilla.
Dark chocolate ganache
Dark chocolate cream, set just enough to slice.
Frostings
Italian buttercream
Silky, holds detail, my default for tiered work.
Swiss meringue buttercream
Lighter than Italian, beautifully smooth.
Cream cheese
Tangy and rich — a classic with carrot or red velvet.
Whipped vanilla
Stabilized whipped cream, lighter on the palate.
Chocolate ganache
Glossy, dark, dramatic on the outside of a cake.

Dietary & allergens
About allergens and dietary needs.
Gluten-free is available for most cake flavors. Vegan is case-by-case — message me before you order. My kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts; I can't guarantee a zero-cross-contamination environment, so severe allergies need to be flagged up front.
